Embedding Environmental Perspectives - Canadian Curricula

Recently, there was a question regarding to what degree have we incorporated issues of environmental protection in Canadian curricula at the high school and post-secondary levels. Following is the participant's question; please refer to the attachment "Embedding Environmental Perspectives - Canadian Curricula" for our answer:

"I know at the grade school level there are many activities and learning opportunities to teach younger children about protecting the environment. I would be interested in comments from those who know about efforts being made at the high school and university levels that occur outside of those disciplines which would naturally cover this topic."

We hope this helps to answer the participant's question.
