This year, there has been much dialogue and debate in the Business World on the latest happenings with the Kyoto Accord. In August of this year, the Canadian Government allocated 2.5 billion dollars for implementation of the Kyoto Accord, with an additional 70 million designated to support those who have made significant changes to comply with Kyoto regulations.
