Low Standards to Spread Across Canada?

It would be great if BCs low standards would spread federally -- Low Carbon Fuel Standards, that is.

A Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) is a regulation currently on transportation fuels only, put in place in order to reduce GHG emissions. LCFSs have been responsible for 25% of BCs emissions reductions between 2007 and 2012. Ontario and the federal government are proposing LCFSs, and the federal proposal looks to expand the regulation to include buildings and industry too.
