Making a Contribution

As part of our research, we are constantly trying to experiment with research dissemination using social media, this blog, HEADTalks, our Facebook page, and tweeting. We have also just introduced a webinar feature into our virtual real-time e-Dialogues, for our climate change adaptation and mitigation research. If you have any ideas about how we could be even more effective, please do not hesitate to contact us. We also try to contribute to evidence-based policy making through the use of our on-line case study tool, and our publication of policy agendas. Stay tuned for our forthcoming Action Agenda for Rethinking Growth coming out this September.

I have just started my summer vacation yesterday, and hope you will be interested in my blogs over the next six weeks. I will spend most mornings down on the dock catching up on all my outstanding journal articles, and will be blogging summaries about my reading, let me know if you find it useful. Wherever possible, I will provide the hyperlinks to any references.

We have also added another feature to the CRC blog, my research associate, Rob Newell, will be leading Patterns from our Footsteps, interesting facts and figures that support some of the ideas we are talking about and that show us some of the bigger patterns that can be found from his data.
